Return PolicyWe will ONLY replace or refund damaged pinatas. All online orders are final, unless your pinata is received with major damage. Your order will be properly packed for shipping through FedEx. REMEMBER: Your pinata is basically made of paper over a bamboo structure and covered with tissue paper-- you may notice some small tears on the tissue paper. If you have any questions about returns or our shipping policy, just send us a line. major damage constitutes crushed or punctured pinatas. Your order will be properly packed for shipping through FedEx. Our primary concern it replacing your pinata. For this to happen you must assist us in filing a claim with the shipping company for the damaged item. This means you may need to call the shipping company (e.g. UPS or FedEx) to show them the item with the package; once the claim begins processing, we will replace the pinata. As long as the claim goes through and we are unable to replace the pinata in time for your event, then we will gladly refund the price of the pinata (we are unable to refund the shipping and handling charge). |
