Shipping Policy

All orders are properly packed and shipped via FedEx. We ship to continental U.S. only. We are unable to ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes or military APO boxes.

As long has we've got the item in stock it shouldn't take more than 7-10†† business days to receive your pinata. We try to ship your order immediately, but please allow up to 2 days to get your order out for shipping-- we use Federal Express (i.e. FedEx). They've recently enacted a new policy that requires all ground packages to be delivered within 7 days.

†† Inventory Status is identified on each product page (e.g. IN STOCK or NOT IN STOCK). As long as the item is IN STOCK, it will be shipped within 24 hours. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours or order unless otherwise stated (i.e. custom made pinatas)
